Radiant Release Candle Co Customer Care Guide


At Radiant Release Candle Co, we take pride in all of our products. Each candle is small batched, made to order, hand poured, and neatly packaged. We want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That's why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

 

Candle Care

Proper candle care is essential to ensure safety and to preserve the longevity of every candle. If you’re frustrated with candle wicks that won’t stay lit, black soot, or candle tunneling, then we hope you’ll appreciate our candle me with care tips. These tips can be found below, as well as on on our candle me with care page. Each item comes equipped with candle care, wax melt, and or room mist instructions on the actual product as well as our Radiant Release Candle Me With Care Cards for each purchase.

CANDLE ME WITH CARE TIPS*

  • Never leave a candle burning unattended

  • Keep away from children and pets

  • Keep away from things that can catch fire

  • Trim wick 1/4" length before every burn

  • When burning the first time, allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours to avoid tunneling

  • Do not burn candle for longer than 4 hours at a time 

  • Never use the Radiant Release clear/transparent candle lid to snuff your candle out

  • Only burn the candle on a leveled, fire resistance surface

  • Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains

  • Never use the Radiant Release candle clear; transparent lid to snuff out your candle

 

WAX MELT CARE TIPS*

  • Never leave your burner unattended

  • Do not leave unattended or within reach of children or animals

  • Place your burner away from drafts or any anything flammable

  • Place your burner in a safe stable situation

  • Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time

  • Use a wax warmer that is specifically designed for wax melts, do not add water

 

ROOM MIST CARE TIPS*

  • Keep away from children or pets

  • Avoid contact with face, eyes, textiles and furnishings

  • Do not swallow

  • Highly flammable. Do Not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent flame

  • Shake well before use

  • Spray in the center of the room avoiding direct contact with delicate fabric and surfaces

 

Payment Methods

Radiant Release Candle Co accepts the following payment methods for purchases at this time VISA, MasterCard Credit / Debit Cards, Apple Pay  - PAYPAL - and offline in person payments.

Shipping

All sales are final. As a new small business, we are unable to accept exchanges/returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of your item being delivered, as well as pictures of your broken item in its original packaging at customerservice@radiantrelease.com. The shipping cost will need to be covered by the buyers both ways. We highly recommend insuring the package. USPS (local post office) has low-cost priority mail (2-3 business days) which includes free insurance up to $100.

Please realize our candles are novelty items and non-traditional scents. They are our artistic interpretations of fragrances and may not agree with your interpretation. We have created our 3 oz. mini candles for purchase so you can get an idea of what the candle smells like before purchasing a larger candle.

Shipping Time

Due to Covid shipping times may vary. All candles are made to order. Current processing time before shipping is 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. Domestic candles and orders over 13 oz ship 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Orders under 13 oz ship First Class Mail. Items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
 

International Orders
At this time, we are currently not offering international shipping.

 

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲/𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
All U.S. orders sent Priority Mail will be insured. We do not require signature confirmation, as this is an additional fee.

 

𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁/𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻/𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do (or what the tracking indicates) once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps:

 

1) Verify the shipping address is correct and that you have a mailbox with your name on it.
 

2) Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (i.e., roommate, family member, neighbor etc.).
 

3) Bring the tracking to your local post office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information.
 

4) If it has been 21 days after shipment and you've done steps 1-3 send us a message at customerservice@radiantrelease.com to let us know.

 

Radiant Release Candle Co is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that do not have the insurance claim (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS or postal service used for your order. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.


𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
All sales are final. Please verify that you have the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered incorrect information, they are responsible for additional postage to resend it. If an item is returned to us for any other reason, it is up to the buyer to repay shipping fees to have it resent. If you choose not to have it resent, we can refund you the cost of the items, as a one-time courtesy, but not the original shipping fees.

Sales Tax

We collect and remit Sales & Use Tax for states as required by law. We do not impose Sales Tax on orders shipped to states that we do not have a Nexus.

 

Wholesale

At this time Radiant Release Candle Co does not offer wholesale on any of our products. However; we believe in the power of manifestation and so we ask that you join our mailing list to stay updated on newest candle releases and anything Radiant.
